Cancellations made prior to 7 days from the arrival date: 100% retention of the booking amount. This means that if you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled arrival, you will be charged the full booking amount.
Cancellations made prior to 8-15 days from the arrival date: 50% retention of the booking amount. If you cancel between 8 and 15 days before your scheduled arrival, you will be charged 50% of the booking amount.
Cancellations made prior to 15-21 days from the arrival date: No retention charges. If you cancel between 15 and 21 days before your arrival, you will not incur any charges, and you should receive a full refund.
